Executive Kindness?

Executive Kindness began with a simple but powerful question:
What if the way we lead could heal more than it harms?

After two decades in executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational transformation, I kept seeing the same thing: Good people burned out by bad systems.
High-performing, mission-driven leaders forced to harden themselves to survive. Work cultures that preached inclusion but practiced exclusion. Policies that prioritized efficiency over empathy.

I created Executive Kindness because I believe there’s another way. And because I’ve spent enough time in boardrooms and backrooms to know this:

Who am I?

I’m Dr. Angela C M Cox—author of Kindness Warriors: Revolutionary Kindness for a Socially Unjust World, leadership strategist, and trauma-informed facilitator. I’ve spent 20+ years working with organizations like CBRE, United Airlines, Caterpillar, and JLL to reimagine leadership through a more human lens.

I’m a scholar of language, a systems thinker, and a lifelong advocate for the people who feel like they don’t quite fit the mold, but often lead with the most vision, depth, and care.
